By accessing or using the services provided by FastTech Enterprise LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

All services will be provided according to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between the parties. The SOW will detail project specifications, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
Response times, uptime guarantees, and performance metrics will be specified in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ongoing service contracts.

Service fees are specified in the applicable SOW or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary technologies, methodologies, tools, and documentation used in providing services.
You retain ownership of your data and existing intellectual property. We will not use your confidential information beyond what is necessary to provide the agreed services.
Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information and implement appropriate safeguards to protect sensitive data.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Hardware warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice.
Either party may terminate immediately upon material breach of these Terms that remains uncured after 15 days written notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
